We invite you to enjoy fresh sugar cane juice after cutting, preparing and pressing a sugar cane from the estate yourself.

For your greatest pleasure, you will taste your freshly pressed juice and take away a bottle to enjoy chilled together by the pool.

During your stay, participate in our Cocoa Workshop

Enjoy a unique experience and transform cocoa beans into chocolate using the pods from the estate.

Depending on the season, you will harvest the cocoa pods, extract the beans, and learn to transform them into delicious chocolate. You can then enjoy it, use it in your own creations, or make your own liqueur (cocoa mass for chocolate preparation).

Harvesting, fermentation, drying, roasting, cracking, grinding, mixing, conching...

Each participant receives a chocolate bar made during the workshop.
